This pasta salad is all about bold Mediterranean flavour, brought together with Kriti Gold Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

A simple dressing, done right:

• 1/3 cup Kriti Gold EVOO
• 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 1 tsp oregano
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp garlic powder
